A warm welcome…
I wrote My Life in 37 Therapies following a sudden life change. Looking for help and to understand, I tried many self care and self improvement therapies that had a positive, healing effect. These therapies also encouraged me to reflect on my early life influences and mindset. Part memoir, part guide, the story raises questions about mid-life and menopause, spiritual and mental health and women’s place in society. Times of challenge create change. And whatever challenges we face, I hope there’s inspiration within these pages.
Self-care is more important than ever. For many, life is increasingly difficult with insecurity about work, health and relationships. But there’s a lot you can do for yourself, if you make the time. Many therapies I cover in the book are online now – yoga, meditation, sonic therapy, nutrition – they’re just as effective and can be healing, both physically and in terms of improved mental health.
Other therapies are fascinating to read about – my experience of astrology, numerology, quantum therapy, silent and shamanic retreats could be a great way to see what’s possible. Take a look through the therapy tour of the 37. I’m always adding more.
